In school we use a service called ParentMail, to communicate with parents by email and text message. This enables us to keep parents regularly informed about what’s going on at the school. This helps in the following way:


  • Messages will get to you reliably
  • We can send messages directly to both parents at the same time
  • You will quickly know about important or urgent messages e.g. if a club needs to be cancelled then you will receive a text message informing you
  • We can tell you more about what’s going on at the school e.g. all newsletters and additional letters can be emailed directly to your inbox.


All payments to school are also made using ParentMail including:


  • Uniform Orders
  • School Dinners
  • Music Lessons
  • Trips
  • Fund Raising (eg non-uniform days)


In order to set you up on ParentMail, we will use the email address and mobile number as provided on the Pupil Data Collection Form so please ensure these are clear and correct. Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
